MARIA FLORENCIA [removed] Families I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Florencia, a 30-year-old from Argentina with a deep passion for childcare. My journey into childcare began in Argentina, where I had the privilege of accompanying my mother, a renowned psychopedagogue, in her therapeutic processes with children. This experience ignited my passion for nurturing young minds and led me to pursue a career in childcare. Upon completing my university studies in 2021, I embarked on a life-changing adventure in Europe. I participated in the Dutch government' s au pair program, where I had the honor of being part of two wonderful families. In the first family, I cared for a 4-month-old baby and two lively children aged 4 and 6. In the second family, I looked after two charming children aged 5 and 8. I also had the opportunity to work in Ireland as an au pair with a warm Irish family in Rathgar, caring for three girls aged 4, 6, and 9. This was my first experience living with an Irish host family, and it was a very positive and enriching time for me. As I lived with them, I was fully involved in the children ’ s daily routines, supporting them throughout the day and becoming a trusted part of the household. We built a strong and respectful relationship, and I truly valued the sense of connection and cultural exchange we shared. During this period, I also worked as a babysitter for other Irish families on weekends, which allowed me to gain additional experience with different children and family dynamics. Most recently, I worked with an Irish family in Ranelagh, caring for an 8-month-old baby. This was a full-time role (8 hours per day), where I was responsible for all aspects of the baby ’ s daily routine, including feeding, naps, playtime, and developmental activities. While I have experience with children of all ages, my current search is focused on a position caring for children under 2 years old. The unique bond and joy that come from this age group are truly heartwarming. Drawing on my experiences and the stimulation techniques I learned from my mother, who specialized in early childhood development, I aspire to not only care for your child but also contribute to their growth and development.I am enthusiastic about preparing healthy and delicious meals for your child. I am passionate about implementing early stimulation techniques and believe in open communication with families.
