Hi! My name is Rachel, I’m 27 and originally from Limerick. I’ve lived in Dublin for the past 8 years working as a Radiographer in a busy university teaching hospital. I recently moved to Cork and will be working as a radiographer here too. I am CPR/ first aid trained, and have numerous certificates in children’s care. I primarily worked with adults but also did locum work with an agency whereby I worked with children of all ages. During my time in Dublin as a student, I babysat during my summers and midterm breaks with numerous families ranging in ages from 1 upto 12. So I would say I am very comfortable around children of all ages. I love the outdoors so I’m very happy to spend the days outside as much as possible. Due to my job, I would mostly only be able to help out at the weekends or in the evenings. I can do overnight stays also if necessary.
