Dear Host Family, My name is Fernanda, and I am very excited about the opportunity to become your Au Pair! I love working with children and would be honored to be a part of your family. I have experience taking care of children, as I spent five months looking after my neighbor’s child in Brazil, engaging in fun activities, preparing meals, and ensuring their safety. I also have a degree in Biomedicine and first aid training, which gives me a strong background in health and well-being. I have been living in Ireland for 12 months, working as a housekeeper at City Break Apartments and currently at Pig and Heifer, a busy sandwich shop near Trinity College. This fast-paced environment made me realize that I want to focus on what I enjoy the most – childcare. Although my professional background is in my field of study, my work experience in Ireland has been in different areas. Being around children brings me the peace that adult life sometimes takes away sometimes.
