Student, Brazilian, living in Dun Laoghaire. I've been Garda checked by companies I have worked for such as Derrycout and Kids Inc and Heritage where I currently work at weekends. I also have references from an Irish family with whom I lived and looked after their 3 children for 1 year and 6 months in Dun Laoghaire, from 2022 to 2024. I left the family because I'm going to start college in September of this year and I went on vacation to Brazil for 1 month. We continue to have a great relationship. I started taking care of children when I was 12 years old. I helped a woman take care of her 2-year-old granddaughter, as the child's mother needed to work and the grandmother was unable to take care of her alone. I stayed in this job for 4 months but due to complications with my studies I had to leave. So, when I was 14, I took care of 2 girls, one aged 3 and one aged 7. I stayed at this job for 1 year. When I was 15, I helped a mother take care of her baby. This work lasted 4 months, so the mother no longer needed my help. Soon after, my work was volunteering with children, where I participated in church parties and events and work involving children in my last job. Normally I was in animation or support, where I dressed the character and did the animation, or I was in support teaching the children with games, reading, coloring, etc... When I came to Ireland I worked at an after school for the company Kids Inc and as an au pair as I already mentioned. I like being with children because they teach me a lot and convey affection and respect. They are fragile and need care, I feel super protective when I take care of them.
