Hi there! My name is Deborah, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Brazil, but I have been living in Ireland for the past five years. I'm calm, patient and punctual. I'm really passionate about children, I always loved to be around them and watch them grow and develop. I've been working for an amazing family while I was finishing my studies in Early Childhood Care and Education with Montessori, and when I had to complete the work experience part of the course we decided it was best for them to look for someone else to mind their children. I worked for this family since the end of 2019 to 2021. Working in a creche was not exactly what I had in mind, so I left this job. About my qualifications: I have a major QQI Level 6 in ECCE, besides that I also have a paediatric first aid; Children First from Tusla; Manual handling and food safety. In the creche I worked at the Wobbler Room - babies from 12 to 24 months, and my previous experiences are with children from birth up to 5 years. In May/22 I'll progress my degree and will start a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care. The classes are designed for students who work full-time so that would not interfere with my position. I currently live in Clontarf - close to the Dart station - and I'm available for a full time opportunity. I'm preferably looking for a position that could be registered but I'm open to discussion.
