As a tutor I can provide homework help and assist the child/teen with boosting their confidence and self-esteem. I have an ability to explain topics in an easy to understand way. I am patient and resourceful with a range of teaching approaches I can offer depending on the students style of learning. With over 19 years experience in teaching (I hold a level 9 qualification and I am currently registered with the teaching council) I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range learners including those who lack confidence, motivation and/or suffer from anxiety. I have also taught children and young adults with a range of special needs. As a childminder I worked with the same family part-time for over 5 years.
