Location: Edenderry Property Details: 4-bedroom duplex (only 2 bedrooms are actively used; 2 are empty/closed) with 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. About the Job: I handle the basic day-to-day tidying and maintenance cleaning myself. I am looking for a thorough
reliable cleaner to come in twice a month to do the deep cleaning. Because two of the bedrooms are currently empty and not in use
we will rotate focus areas so the entire house gets a deep clean over time without needing every single room done in one visit. Key Responsibilities per Visit: • Bathrooms: Full deep clean

and descaling of 2 main bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. • Kitchen: Detailed cleaning including cupboard fronts

tile degreasing. • Living Areas & Active Bedrooms: Thorough dusting
wiping down skirting boards

and light switches in the main living spaces and the 2 active bedrooms. • Floors: Vacuuming and mopping throughout all active areas. • Rotational Tasks: Alternating deeper tasks each visit (e.g.
inside windows one visit
deep-cleaning a specific area the next). The 2 unused bedrooms will only need a quick dust/vacuum very occasionally.
