Location: Clontarf West, Dublin, Ireland I am seeking a reliable, caring, and proactive Au Pair to support a 19-year-old young man with mild cerebral palsy. I am single parent and work full-time, and the role is primarily spending time with my son , once he is back from his Day Care. I need support between 3 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. This role focuses on support, engagement, and independence-building. Not medical or intensive personal care is required and is mostly teaching, engaging , oversight and presence. ______________ About the Role The successful candidate will provide structured support at, helping the young man to: • Maintain a positive daily routine • Stay physically active • Build independence through everyday tasks • Enjoy safe, meaningful activities after his day care ______________ Key Responsibilities • Provide supervision and support at home. • Engage him in light household tasks (e.g. tidying, setting the table,) • Encourage independence and participation in daily routines • Provide calm companionship and structured activities • Prepare or serve meals and snacks as required Physical Activity & Wellbeing • Encourage regular physical activity suited to his ability • Accompany him on walks . • Play basketball or similar activities when weather permits •.
