**Childminder Wanted – In My Home** I am looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced childminder to care for my **3-month-old baby** in my home. I am currently on maternity leave and would like to start introducing a few hours of childcare now so my baby can get to know and feel comfortable with her childminder before I return to work.
