I'm a mom of 3 kids. Two school going and one in creche. I have been offered a full time job that requires me to be out of the house a lot more and unable to do school runs and pick ups. This job may take a while to start so I'm not sure of a start date yet. If this job begins on school holidays I would require somebody to look after the kids full days and do one creche pick up on these days. When I settle in this job I will require somebody to do 2 days one week and 4 days the next week (summer being the full days)
