We are a professional couple looking for a caring, responsible and experienced nanny / childcarer to care for our daughter full time when I return to work in September. Availability from July/August preferable so she is well settled. She will be 1 year old. We are looking for a nanny / childcarer with some experience in nannying,child care, au pair or babysitting work, preferably looking after small children and babies. You must love children and be kind, mature, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and well presented. Good English but would be very happy to work with someone with another language for our daughter to learn. You will be required to work from 8am to 6pm, with occasional later evenings/weekends for which you will be paid extra. I work from home 2/3 days per week so start and finish times can be more flexible on those days. If any late evenings are needed we will provide advance notice. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. Your responsibilities will include looking after our daughter, preparing some meals for her and some light tidying around the house e.g putting on a wash / emptying dishwasher / tidying up toys. You will need a current First Aid certificate, Garda Vetting, and a driver’s licence. A Certificate in Child Care will also be highly regarded.
