I am making some initial enquiries on behalf of my elderly parents who live in the Kildare area. My mother has increasing needs as a result of chronic health issues, including insulin dependent diabetes, Vascular Arterial Disease, and potentially Parkinsons. My father is her primary carer, along with family members on rotation. We are approaching need for someone to come in twice a day, from breakfast through lunch, and again in the evening for supper and eventually bed. At the moment they are managing their evenings ok. Food would need to be prepared for them. The house work is covered. Medication administration is needed. Help with insulin and oral meds.
