Starting September Part time role in carers home. Should be on DART or bus route from Dun Laoghaire . 4pm to 6.30pm Tuesday only Role: Our son , with an intellectual disability, is a young adult ( aged 25) attending adult services in Dun Laoghaire. He travels there and back independently on bus/ DART from home in Donnybrook. We are seeking a friendly house that he can go to after his special needs college in Dun Laoghaire finishes before heading home himself to Donnybrook ( as we are at work). He likes having a decent snack/ late lunch and filling you in on his day while hearing how your day is going and joining in whatever activities you have going on- happy to join you on shopping/ walks . Description He is very sociable and an avid sports fan. He enjoys being active ( walking/ going to shops etc). Perfectly suited to a busy family environment once not on iPhone/ watching TV. He will travel independently from Dun Laoghaire to your house and at 6.30 make his own way home. May suit SNA/ Special Olympics volunteer or similar experience but no specific background in special needs required . Pay �23 per hour. Contact Niamh by text on [removed]
