We are looking for a kind and compassionate companion for an 86-year-old lady with early-onset dementia in her own home. She does not have any responsive behaviours but can be forgetful, so she needs friendly companionship and someone to prepare her lunch and do light housework. She currently requires minimal assistance with dressing and at the moment she is able to do her own personal care. This lady would greatly benefit from a caring presence to share conversations and ensure her well-being. We are looking for someone for Thursday and Sundays, 10 AM to 3 PM, but we can be flexible with hours. Experience in elderly care would be beneficial but what matters most is patience, warmth, and a genuine desire to provide companionship and assistance. Own transportation is essential.
