Family support/SNA, Diasability nurse and/or allied health care assisant require to work with young perosn on a 1-1 basis in their own home. Exerpience in offering suppport for someone with a physical and intellectual diability is essential as well as personal care needs. Hoist experience is also essential. the person required should have a keen interest in the inclusion of the young person in their day to day life through movement, stories songs and play.
