I truly love working as a carer because it gives me the opportunity to get to know people and their loved ones and build relationships with them.There is nothing quite as rewarding as being able to help people who need help, putting smiles on their faces and to make their day to day life little easier and less lonely. I have been working as a carer in house setting, nursing homes and private living for many years. I cared for people with alzheimer, dementia, MS, stroke, cancer and end of life. Over those years I have learned that every person is different and their needs are different from each other.
